What we keep, and what we do not.

This programme is bought by people who have to answer for where their data went. So here is the whole answer, in the order you would ask it.

What we ask for

A company email address, so we know who we are talking to, and optionally your company name. If you talk to the agent, your voice for the length of the conversation. If you apply for a cohort, the details on that form.

Where your voice goes

To a cloud AI provider under enterprise API terms, which runs the conversation and transcribes it. Audio is streamed for the length of the call and is not stored by us, and under those terms it is not used to train models. We name the provider on request.

What we keep

The transcript of your conversation or your written answers, the result, and the date. We keep it to send you the report, to answer you if you ask for a debrief, and to check the diagnostic is scoring fairly.

Who else sees it

Nobody outside INFINITEWARE. We do not sell, share or publish it, and there is no advertising or analytics tracker on this site - the only counts we keep are our own, on our own server, with no cookie and no identifier.

Your report link

Your result gets a signed link so you can forward it or print it. Anyone holding that link can read that one report, so share it deliberately. Ask us and we will revoke it.

Deleting it

Email contact@infiniteware.com from the address you used and we delete your transcript, your result and your report link. No conditions, no form.
